How does therapy help you and what you are experiencing?

You can learn about yourself, your symptoms, your brain and body. Talking with a therapist allows you to get a sense of how you interact with other people, increase your curiosity and learn to have greater control and awareness of whatever you’re feeling. Your investment into yourself will offer greater insight on how your emotions and thoughts are affecting your everyday life.

Knowledge is power.

Meeting someone for the first time can be overwhelming. I am open for you to book a 15 minute “ meet and greet” with me to see if I am the right fit. This is your personal journey.

My fee for individual therapy is $150 subject to change with notification to all my clients. Any other collaboration with other providers, therapist, school will be at a prorated rate of $ 150 which will be agreed upon ahead of time.

It depends on you and the goals for our time together. Together we will develop a treatment plan which will outline expected timelines for our time together to ensure your goals are met within a timely manner. Therapy is a process and I encourage all my clients to have a voice with this process. Checking in during our time will always ensure that you are moving in the right direction.

If you are in a true emergency please call 911 first. During our intake process we will discuss support in the form of community support to ensure you have resources to access in between our sessions. If there are immediate safety concerns identified, then together we will develop a safety plan.
